Best Method for Hand Washing

Wet your hands with clean, running water. Turn off the tap.

Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the foam soap. Make sure that you get the back of your hands, in between your fingers and underneath your nails.

Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds i.e. keep scrubbing until the green foam turns white.

Rinse your hands thoroughly under clean, running water. Turn off the tap.

Dry your hands well using a clean towel or allow them to air dry.
