Earth comprises limited resources; resources which we rely on for survival. Often, the question arises; why should we go green? Saving the planet may not be only for altruistic purposes. It is the key to our own continued existence, to the health of our families and the safety of our homes.
In any cleaning cabinet, one would find at least 15 different cleaning agents, most of which use chemicals that are not only dangerous to the environment, but also to your health and to the health of those around you. These synthetic agents contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that can be inhaled as they are used, while other ingredients are absorbed by the skin causing serious side effects.
