I would like to take this fi rst issue of our Supply Chain Newsfl ash to refl ect on 2016 and look forward to 2017. It has been a year with numerous successes, but also challenges, disappointments and setbacks. Let us celebrate our successes whilst remembering that we were not able to achieve all our Global targets. We experienced various constraints such as glass quality issues, and water and electricity shedding. All of us will have to work hard to overcome those in the next year(s). Nonetheless, I am convinced that together we will turn these challenges into successes.
